Services for a pleasant stay
The apartments in Edificio Eurobuilding 2 have the necessary services for you to have a pleasant stay in Madrid. Check our rates or contact the reception directly.
Pets allowed
Subject to presentation of the pet’s passport and vaccination card. Maximum one pet up to 25kg.
Daily and weekly rate: €12/day per pet, €75/week per pet. Price subject to change.
Animals are not allowed in the pool areas, except for service dogs (guide dogs), they must always be kept on a leash in all facilities.
Baby equipment
Book your baby gear for light travel with peace of mind. Upon arrival, you will have a folding cot with fitted sheet, a changing table, a stroller (from 6 months) and a high chair (from 6 months).
This kit is available for €45 per week or €33 for a short stay of 1 to 6 nights.
Safe
Safe available upon request. Rate: 4€ / day and 20€ / week
Parking
Parking is available on site (40 spaces).
Price: €24/night (except for bookings on the website, which are €12/night). €120/week (except for bookings on the website, which are €60/week).
Laundry service
External laundry in the building. Ask at reception.
Free wifi
Free basic Wi-Fi access in your apartment, also available at reception. Access to Wi-Fi with higher speeds, for a fee.
Outdoor pool
Rooftop pool located on the ninth floor of the property. Open from June 10th to September 10th.
Terrace
Outdoor terrace available on site. Schedules depend on the season.
Deposit: Please note that upon check-in, a bank pre-authorization of €200 will be required as a security deposit for your apartment. If you need more information, do not hesitate to contact us.
